DelMcCouryBand.com has created the following Acceptable Use Policy that governs usage of the Bulletin Board. Please familiarize yourself with this policy.

This policy is subject to change in part or in whole without notice. Your usage of the site signifies your acceptance of this policy and that you agree to adhere to all terms and conditions within.

The Bulletin Board is for entertainment purposes only. Minors under the age of 18 may not participate in the board without parental permission.

Anyone may read the bulletin board but posting in the bulletin board can only be done by registered users.

REGISTRATION IS FREE, HOWEVER, YOU MUST REGISTER UNDER A LEGITIMATE EMAIL ADDRESS. FREE EMAIL ADDRESSES LIKE YAHOO OR HOTMAIL MAY NOT BE USED TO REGISTER. Permitting registration with free, anonymous email defeats the purpose of registration. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Specific identifying information is captured when you register. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SOLD, OFFERED, BARTERED, TRADED, GIVEN TO OR MADE AVAILABLE TO ANY THIRD PARTY unless we are required to do so by law or court order.

"Flaming" on the bulletin board is prohibited. Frustrations should be addressed elsewhere.

Posting of profanity is prohibited.

The posting of personally identifying e-mail addresses, phone numbers, full names, addresses, etc. is not a good practice and is STRONGLY DISCOURAGED.

The bulletin board area of this site has been, and will remain to be, a forum for discussions of and conversations regarding the Del McCoury Band.

This Bulletin Board is owned by the Del McCoury Band. Discussions too far off the topic of Del McCoury Band are subject to deletion.

Posting messages intended as or inferred to be advertisements for products, people or services is inappropriate and will not be allowed. Merchants may advertise on this site for an advertising fee. Otherwise, advertisers are advised to display their wares in another forum. Ad rates are available by contacting sales@ibest.net.

Those in violation of these policies may receive a warning but may have their BB access revoked at the discretion of the Del McCoury Band management  without warning or notice. Revocation of BB privileges is permanent. Abuse after termination, including attempts to rejoin under a different email address, will be considered as attempted theft of electronic data and will be dealt with in accordance the policies of iBest.net.

The bulletin board is a place of relaxation and enjoyment. Please strive to preserve that atmosphere.

Record Breaking!!

In 2000 Ronnie McCoury broke the record at IBMA for the most consecutive wins in the separate instrument "player of the year" awards. Stuart Duncan won seven years in a row for fiddle player of the year. This year Ronnie broke that win with 8 straight mandolin player of the year awards!
